Within just a couple of years, our team grew more than 80%, we moved into a new spacious and modern office, and we kicked off 2026 with several new and exciting projects in digital transformation, custom software and robotics.
We are now looking for a Release Manager to work in new challenging outsourced projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and manage release schedules.
- Track and manage all release-related tickets and change records.
- Facilitate release readiness reviews and go/no-go decisions.
- Ensure proper documentation and approvals are in place prior to production deployment.
- Communicate release status, risks, and timelines to stakeholders.
- Conduct post-release reviews and capture lessons learned.
- Maintain release calendars and ensure alignment across multiple teams.

Requirements
Release Tracking & Coordination
- Strong experience tracking and managing release tickets from initiation through production deployment.
- Ability to monitor release progress, identify risks, and escalate blockers proactively.
- Ensure all release activities follow defined governance and approval processes.
Jira Management
- Hands-on experience using Jira to track release tickets, user stories, defects, and change requests.
- Ability to create dashboards, filters, and reports for release visibility.
- Maintain accurate status updates and ensure traceability across environments.
UCD (IBM UrbanCode Deploy)
- managing deployments using UCD.
- Coordinate deployment pipelines and validate successful releases across DEV, QA, UAT, and PROD environments.
- Troubleshoot deployment failures and work closely with DevOps and infrastructure teams.
Software Development (Asset)
- Knowledge of software development concepts and lifecycle.
- Experience with JavaScript is considered an asset.
- Ability to understand application architecture and support troubleshooting during releases.
