The Opportunity

We are seeking an ambitious Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our client's growing sales team. This is a unique opportunity to work remotely for a US-based company, collaborating with a talented, passionate sales team that is shaping the future of data privacy and AI.

What You'll Do

  • Generate new leads through cold calling (50+ calls per day), email outreach, and LinkedIn

  • Meet or exceed sales targets for setting qualified meetings

  • Utilize CRM (Hubspot) and sales tools to track sales performance, manage the pipeline, and maintain client information

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand client needs

  • Stay updated on industry trends and the competitive landscape

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or another relevant field

  • 2+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience in an SDR/BDR or similar outbound sales role

  • Proficiency in cold calling (50+ calls per day), email, and LinkedIn outreach

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

  • Proficiency in using CRM and sales software (Hubspot, SalesNav, Apollo, Seamless, etc.)

  • Ideally, knowledge of Data Privacy, Data Security, GDPR, and CCPA

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (Level C1-C2)

  • Ability and willingness to work ET hours
