We are looking for a Renewals Specialist to join our Inside Sales Team. This plays a strategic role in managing, optimizing, and growing Cisco support and SaaS renewals across our client base. This role brings together customer success, inside sales, contract expertise, and lifecycle management to ensure our clients achieve maximum value from their Cisco investments.
You’ll work closely with clients, account managers, internal teams, and our vendor partner Cisco to deliver a customer‑first experience.

What You Bring:
Post‑secondary education in business, procurement, IT, or a related field
2+ years of experience in inside sales, procurement, licensing, or customer success
Experience with Cisco tools and licensing models
Understanding of software and support lifecycles
Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset
High attention to detail with strong organization and follow‑through
A proactive, service‑oriented approach aligned with Long View’s values
