Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Support and maintain existing BI reports and dashboards, ensuring data quality, consistency, and reliability.
- Investigate discrepancies between BI reports, ERP data, and business expectations.
- Assist in defining, validating, and documenting business logic and KPIs.
- Deliver regular and ad-hoc reports to Finance, Sales, and Management teams.
- Perform data discovery and analysis across multiple data sources.
- Extract, analyze, and transform large datasets using SQL Server and Excel to prepare reliable datasets for reporting and business insights.
- Execute monthly, weekly, and ad-hoc reporting cycles.
- Collaborate with Finance, Commercial, and Operations teams to understand business needs and translate them into reporting requirements.
- Contribute to report standardization and reduction of manual Excel-based processes.
- Document reports, assumptions, and logic to ensure knowledge continuity within the team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, or other related field master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in in BI, Reporting, or Data Analysis roles.
- Experience with BI and reporting tools (e.g. Power BI, TARGIT, or similar).
- Familiarity with SQL Server relational databases and the SQL language for querying datasets.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to understand and work with business KPIs, preferably in sales or retail-related environments.
- Proactive mindset with ownership of analytics and reporting processes.
- Structured and analytical thinking with the ability to explain how numbers are derived.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
