Position Summary
Join our team as a Retail Assistant and gain hands-on experience in retail logistics, supply chain, inventory management and world class resort customer service. Support our retail team in ensuring smooth product movement, inventory accuracy, merchandising, restocking, retail plans & selling of product while contributing to operational improvements.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Inventory Management: Stock, organize, and maintain the store, and ensure cleanliness.Inventory Counts: Assist with monthly physical inventory counts.Logistics Support: Tracking of inventory levels, assisting in transfer orders, & receipt of product.Warehouse Coordination: Support efficient stocking and minimize delays.Data Entry & Reporting: Update inventory systems and assist with logistics reports.Order Fulfillment: Assist with picking, packing, and shipping orders.Process Improvement: Contribute ideas to enhance all retail operations.Customer Service Support: Assist golf staff to ensure excellent customer service.
High school diploma required.Enrollment in a two- or four-year degree program in Retail Merchandising, Marketing, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field preferred.Strong written and verbal communication skills with a high level of attention to detail and organization.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word); logistics software knowledge a plus.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing needs.Collaborative team player with a problem-solving mindset.At least one year of experience in retail, golf shop, or customer service preferred.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.Flexible availability, including nights and weekends.
