Summary of Responsibilities:
Possess a forward-looking mindset, staying up to date about retail merchandise so that store layouts and product offerings, relevant, and enticing
Maintain an active presence on major social media platforms, to utilize these channels to engage with customers, promote products, and enhance the brand’s online visibility
Develop and execute detailed merchandising plans support the company's objectives and adapt to the market demands
Optimize inventory management whilst maintaining high profitability
Implement tactics to boost sales performance, leveraging data-driven insights and innovative marketing campaigns
Provide guidance, mentorship, cultivating a collaborative and high-performance work environment
Requirements
Only for Indonesia Citizen
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within luxury retail or hospitality industry
Creative designer of engaging retail displays with a strong focus on enhancing customer shopping experiences
Strong leadership and communication skills
Experience in managing social media platforms for business purposes
Proficient in Retail Management software and Microsoft Office
Flexible and able to adapt to changing retail trends market conditions and proactively address challenges to maintain store excellence
Eloquent in English communication in both written and spoken. Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail, or other relevant field
