Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, and season rice and beans according to our recipes and standards.
- Ensure all food is presented and served in an appealing manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cooking area.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Assist in the management of food inventory and stock levels.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to optimize production and ensure timely service.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a cooking or food preparation role preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
