TITLE: Robotics Project Management Co-op
DURATION: 6 months minimum
START DATE: Spring/Summer 2026
POSITION SUMMARY: We are seeking a highly motivated undergraduate or master’s student for a Project Management Co-Op role supporting our Robotics R&D organization. This role provides hands-on exposure to the development of a complex medical robotic system in a fast-paced startup environment. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working across engineering, operations, and leadership teams. This co-op will play a critical role in helping drive projects forward, improving visibility into schedules and risks, and supporting execution across multiple workstreams.

Our job titles may span more than one career level. The starting hourly rate for this role is between $31 and $38 depending on experience. The actual hourly rate is dependent upon many factors, such as education, training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and location. The hourly rate pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for 401(K) with matching.
