The Sales Administrative Assistant supports the sales team by ensuring smooth, organized, and timely execution of daily operational tasks. This role is primarily responsible for managing incoming website/email requests (demo/walkthrough requests), triaging inquiries, updating templates and documentation, creating resources, and building workflows and automations that increase sales team efficiency.
While initially focused on internal administrative tasks, the role may occasionally interact with clients, requiring professional written and verbal communication. Success in this position requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, the ability to prioritize multiple requests, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
Manage and triage incoming demo requests, website questions, and general lead inquiries
Streamline prospecting, outreach, and deal-closing processes through tools and automation
Create and maintain sales resources and templates
Manage and optimize CRM, documentation, and internal systems while reducing manual work and improving workflows
Support client-facing communications when needed, maintaining professionalism and clarity
Proactively identify and implement automation and workflow improvements
This is a work-from-home setup.
You would work during US EST Hours (Approx. 8 or 9 am to 5 or 6 pm EST)

Paid vacation time

These paid days off each equate to 8.0 hours of billable time.
