As a Sales Agent, you will play a crucial role in assisting our customers by making outbound calls to drive activity, retention, and reactivation.
What We’re Looking For:
- A vibrant enthusiasm for customer service and engaging directly with customers.
- Confidence in starting conversations and promoting our products, sites, and promotions.
- A strong desire to achieve and exceed targets daily.
- Native Croatian speaker with fluent English.
- Goal-oriented and motivated to reach new heights.
Your Responsibilities:
- Make daily outbound calls and follow-ups to customers.
- Support new and existing customers, ensuring their experience is seamless and enjoyable.
- Actively promote our site, products, campaigns, and entertainment options.
- Collaborate with your team leader to meet and exceed targets.
- Work closely with internal departments, including Payments, Risk, VIP, and Customer Support.
