We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Sales Associate to support lead engagement and qualification efforts. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meaningful conversations, understands customer needs, and wants to grow into a core sales or go-to-market role over time.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Reach out to leads via calls and follow-ups to initiate conversations and build interest.
  • Understand customer requirements and qualify leads based on defined criteria.
  • Coordinate meetings or smoothly hand off qualified prospects to senior sales advisors.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM while following structured sales workflows.
  • Collaborate closely with product and marketing teams to share customer feedback and insights.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong verbal communication and listening skills.
  • A consultative, empathetic approach to sales—focused on helping, not hard selling.
  • Curiosity and eagerness to learn, improve, and grow within sales or GTM functions.
  • Ability to stay organized and disciplined with follow-ups and CRM updates.
  • Prior exposure to real estate sales or pre-sales is a plus, but not mandatory.
