We are seeking a high-performing Sales Associate with 4–6 years of experience in B2B sales and strategic partnerships to drive revenue growth and deliver customized brand solutions for our clients. This role is ideal for a commercially savvy professional who thrives in consultative selling, excels at negotiation, and has a strong understanding of how brands leverage partnerships to achieve business objectives. You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to build long-term partnerships, identify new business opportunities, and position innovative solutions that align with client goals.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Partnerships & Business Development

  • Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships with key B2B clients, agencies, and ecosystem partners.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with decision-makers, ensuring repeat business and sustained revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to design partnership strategies that align with organizational objectives.

B2B Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Own the end-to-end B2B sales cycle, including prospecting, pitching, proposal development, negotiation, and closure.
  • Develop and execute account plans to drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities across existing and new clients.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through a structured and data-driven sales approach.

Brand Solutions & Client Advisory

  • Understand client business challenges and translate them into customized brand and partnership solutions.
  • Present compelling value propositions, proposals, and presentations that clearly articulate ROI for clients.
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and delivery teams to ensure seamless execution of brand solutions.

Negotiation & Deal Closure

  • Lead commercial negotiations, including pricing, scope, and contractual terms, to ensure win-win outcomes.
  • Balance revenue objectives with long-term partnership value and client satisfaction.
  • Ensure accurate forecasting and timely closure of deals within defined timelines.

Market Intelligence & Reporting

  • Track industry trends, competitor activity, and client insights to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipelines, reports, and forecasts using CRM tools.
  • Provide regular updates to leadership on sales performance and partnership progress.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 4–6 years of proven experience in B2B sales, strategic partnerships, or brand solutions.
  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills with a track record of closing complex deals.
  • Experience in consultative selling and solution-based sales approaches.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
