We are seeking a results-driven sales and partnerships professional to drive growth by building strong client and partner relationships within industries targeting young consumers. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, negotiating high-impact deals, and contributing directly to revenue growth. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to align sales efforts with broader business goals, while staying agile in a fast-evolving media and technology landscape.

Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify, prospect, and engage potential clients and strategic partners to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Lead end-to-end sales and partnership discussions, including negotiations and deal closures, to create long-term value.
- Own revenue targets and develop effective strategies to consistently achieve or exceed sales goals.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and partners, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and repeat business.
- Collaborate closely with client servicing, marketing, and product teams to ensure seamless execution of partnerships and campaigns.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine sales approaches and uncover new opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, deal progress, and revenue forecasts, and present regular performance updates to leadership.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- 5–7 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or partnership roles, preferably in media, digital, or technology-driven environments.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with confidence in engaging senior stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of digital media, advertising, SaaS, or channel sales models, particularly those catering to student or youth-focused audiences.
- Highly goal-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to adapt strategies based on market dynamics and customer insights.
