This role is centered around developing new business opportunities from the ground up. As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll be trained to identify, engage, and qualify potential clients—building a strong foundation in prospecting and sales strategy.
Through hands-on training and ongoing coaching, you’ll hone your ability to uncover client needs, position solutions effectively, and guide prospects through the full sales lifecycle. As you grow in the role, you’ll take ownership of the entire process—from first conversation to closing new business—bringing on new clients and directly impacting company growth.
