We are seeking a Sales Development Representative to help drive new business through lead generation, booked appointments, and closed sales. This role is performance-driven, with commission structures tied to results
The ideal candidate is customer-facing, comfortable communicating with clients, and confident in both marketing execution and sales conversations
Job Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Marketing Execution
- Coordinate website marketing efforts including SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and other lead generation channels
- Execute advertising campaigns to drive website traffic and generate appointments
- Help identify potential marketing gaps and opportunities
- Primarily focus on execution of campaigns, with some strategic input welcomed
Sales Development
- Generate and/or work leads to book qualified appointments
- Earn commissions based on booked appointments (marketing side)
- Close sales and earn commissions based on performance (sales side)
Compensation Structure
- Lower base pay with high commission potential
Commission paid on:
- Booked appointments (marketing performance)
- Closed sales (sales performance)
Requirements
Must-Have Requirements:
- Strong English communication skills (customer-facing role)
- Comfortable in client conversations
- Sales-comfortable personality (not necessarily extensive sales background, but must be confident)
- Experience or familiarity with marketing platforms and campaign execution
- Results-driven and comfortable working in a commission-based structure
