FlyAkeed is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Development Representative to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers, reaching out to them via phone calls, and persuading them to book flights and hotels through our platform. Your excellent communication skills and persuasive abilities will be key in establishing and maintaining customer relationships. In addition, you will provide customers with information about available flights and hotels, answer any inquiries, and resolve any issues that may arise.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on leads provided by the company
  • Persuasively communicate the benefits of using FlyAkeed as an online travel solution
  • Meet or exceed sales goals and quotas
  • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with inquiries and resolving any issues
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the company's CRM system
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify strategies for improving sales performance
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position FlyAkeed in the market

Requirements

  • 1+ year of telesales or customer service experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers over the phone
  • Self-motivated and target-driven, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales techniques
  • Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
