Hostaway is seeking a highly motivated Inbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team and drive growth in our French market by owning our inbound leads. We’re looking for driven, hungry, Sales professionals who are keen to make an impact with their work.
About the role
Quickly respond to and qualify incoming leads from various marketing channels, including our website, content downloads, and webinar sign-ups.
Engage with prospects to understand their business needs, challenges, and objectives, and effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services.
Conduct initial discovery calls with potential clients to determine if they are a good fit for Hostaway's solutions.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to schedule qualified meetings and ensure a smooth handover of promising leads.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions and activities in the CRM system.
Work closely with marketing to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness, helping to refine our inbound strategy.
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly targets for qualified meetings and pipeline generation.
Native French language proficiency and fluency in English (written and verbal) are essential.
Previous sales development or inside sales experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
Proven track record of exceeding targets and delivering results in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build rapport with inbound leads over the phone and via email.
Highly motivated self-starter with a proactive and customer-focused mindset.
Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Hubspot/Salesforce) and sales engagement tools is a plus.
Action-oriented "doer" mentality: You love getting things done, thrive on execution, and are comfortable juggling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously without dropping the ball.
Strong organizational skills & curiosity: You have a natural curiosity to learn about prospects' businesses and the organizational discipline to manage high volumes of leads effectively.
