We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to take ownership of our B2B2C product features, which include, but are not limited to our Payments integrations, Guest Payments, and Invoicing.
In this role, you'll drive our Payments team, and you'll leverage your analytical capabilities to develop impactful product roadmaps. If you're passionate about data-driven products and delivering exceptional customer experiences, this is your opportunity!
About the role
Lead the vision, launch, and optimization of B2B and B2C payment products, ensuring robust security and PCI compliance.
Use data to prioritize features, define KPIs (e.g., authorization rates), and drive measurable improvements in conversion, cost, and reliability.
Continuously monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes to ensure our payments solutions remain innovative, competitive, and compliant.
Engage directly with customers to gather feedback, conduct user interviews, and translate insights into actionable product enhancements.
Collaborate with other product leaders to define priorities, gather requirements, and align on development scopes.
Develop and maintain a forward-looking product roadmap, balancing immediate needs with long-term strategy and stakeholder alignment.
