We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support B2B SaaS sales initiatives by identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential customers. This role focuses on initiating meaningful conversations with prospects and building a strong pipeline for the sales team.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify B2B leads through a mix of outbound and inbound channels.
  • Engage prospective customers via phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Understand prospect requirements and schedule qualified meetings for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads and activities in CRM systems.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to continuously improve lead quality and conversion.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, SaaS sales, or lead generation roles.
  • Basic understanding of B2B SaaS sales processes and buyer journeys.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable with cold outreach, follow-ups, and objection handling.
  • Organized, proactive, and target-driven mindset.
