Twin Lakes is seeking a proven and experienced Sales Manager to lead its sales operations and drive performance and growth across all sales channels. This leadership role is responsible for building and coaching a sales team that is accountable to performance expectations, disciplined execution, and a strong, predictable sales pipeline. The Sales Manager will take a hands‑on leadership role in shaping sales strategy and processes, ensuring daily sales activity aligns with organizational goals. This position requires a confident, results‑driven leader who is comfortable owning outcomes, setting high performance standards, and actively coaching their team to achieve measurable results, while delivering an exceptional customer experience and supporting long‑term organizational growth.
The Sales Manager job requirements include, but are not limited to:
· Leading and developing a high‑performing sales team by setting clear expectations, providing ongoing coaching, and driving accountability for prospecting, pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, and revenue performance
· Monitoring sales metrics and pipeline activity to drive consistent execution and continuous improvement
· Ensuring accurate and consistent use of CRM systems and sales reporting tools
· Assisting with advancing and closing strategic sales opportunities
· Collaborating closely across the organization to ensure effective sales execution and seamless customer experience
· Recruiting, training, and onboarding sales team members in coordination with leadership
· Representing Twin Lakes professionally in the community and at sales‑related events
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, sound judgment, and the ability to motivate and develop a high‑performing sales team.
Requirements
Qualifications:
A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred; however, an equivalent combination of education and demonstrated sales leadership experience will be considered. A minimum of five years of professional sales experience is required, including at least three years in a sales leadership or management role. Experience in telecommunications, technology, or related industries, as well as familiarity with CRM systems, is preferred.
