Job Description:
You will lead a growing sales team to help B2B SaaS companies identify and prioritize leads programmatically. Reporting directly to the CRO, you will drive revenue growth by coaching Account Executives, refining go-to-market strategies, and ensuring consistent pipeline forecasting while fostering a collaborative culture of sales excellence in an early-stage environment.

What you will do:

• Hire, mentor, and coach a team of Account Executives to consistently achieve revenue and pipeline targets.

• Partner with the CRO to define and iterate on the company’s strategic go-to-market execution.

• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to influence the roadmap based on customer feedback and market needs.

The ideal candidate:

• Has 2+ years of experience building and coaching successful sales teams within a B2B SaaS environment.

• Possesses a 4+ year track record of directly selling technical or data-led products to sophisticated buyers.

• Demonstrates strong quantitative forecasting skills and thrives in fast-moving, early-stage startup cultures.
