As Sales Manager for Australia, you will take full ownership of one of PERGOLUX’s most important growth markets. You will lead and scale the local sales setup, actively drive revenue yourself, and build scalable sales processes that support long-term market leadership. This role combines hands-on selling with strategic leadership in a fast-paced, premium e-commerce environment.

What You’ll Do
Lead and grow the Australian sales team, setting clear goals and consistently driving strong revenue performance.
Own the full sales pipeline and track key performance metrics such as conversion rates, average order value, and upsell performance.
Provide Sales training and upskill the sales department.
Translate overall revenue targets into clear, actionable KPIs and individual sales objectives.
Actively sell yourself (approximately 25–50% of your time), leading by example in a high-ticket sales environment.
Shape and execute the Australian sales strategy in close collaboration with Marketing and cross-functional leadership teams.
What You’ll Bring
5+ years of experience in high-ticket sales, ideally within e-commerce or the home & garden / outdoor living sector.
Proven experience leading and scaling sales teams in fast-growing, performance-driven environments.
Strong knowledge of sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance optimization.
A hands-on, results-oriented mindset—you are a confident closer who thrives in ambitious settings.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with full professional fluency in English.
