Talent Acquisition Specialist (multi-lingual)

You will own and optimize the inbound recruiting channel—using funnel analytics, dashboards, and continuous testing to help us hire smarter, faster, and more predictably across multiple markets. You’ll run full-cycle hiring while translating data into decisions that improve source quality, candidate experience, and time-to-hire. What You’ll Do

• Lead full-funnel recruiting from intake to offer close for roles across Europe and the Americas, ensuring a premium candidate experience end-to-end.

• Partner with hiring leaders in a global matrix organization—driving stakeholder alignment, clear timelines, and consistent reporting.

• Identify and optimize inbound channels (job boards, campaigns, referral flows, etc.), and advise leaders on market realities, salary ranges, and hiring feasibility.

• Build and continuously improve dashboards that track application volume, funnel conversion, time-to-stage, and source performance—turning metrics into action.

• Run market research and salary benchmarking for new roles and regions, and provide insights that improve funnel health and hiring outcomes.

What You’ll Bring

• 2–3+ years of recruitment experience, ideally full-cycle hiring in a fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent roles.

• Strong command of recruiting KPIs and funnel diagnostics, with confidence in mapping and improving the candidate journey.

• Experience working with ATS and reporting tools (Ashby is a plus), and comfort turning raw data into clear recommendations.

• Fluency in English (C1) and Spanish (C1); Portuguese is a plus for broader regional coverage.

• Availability to work primarily on-site in Guadalajara (hybrid model: 80% on-site / 20% remote).
