Position Summary
The Sales Manager at Bono Plastics, is responsible for establishing and leading the U.S. sales organization, developing market strategies, and managing the sales team to expand the company’s plastics business in the U.S. market.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage the U.S. sales team for Bono Plastics, Inc., including recruitment, training, goal setting, and performance management.
- Develop and implement sales strategies, pricing policies, and market entry plans.
- Manage key customer relationships and negotiate major sales contracts.
- Analyze market trends and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
- Coordinate with Technical and Operations teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Establish sales processes, CRM systems, and performance metrics.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or business development within manufacturing or industrial products.
Proven experience managing sales teams and developing sales strategies.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to analyze market data and make strategic business decisions.
Experience in the plastics industry or B2B sales is preferred.
