Position Summary
The HR Manager at Bono Plastics, Inc. is responsible for establishing and managing the U.S. human resources function, supporting organizational growth, and ensuring compliance with U.S. labor and employment laws.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and manage HR policies, procedures, and organizational structures for Bono Plastics in the United States.
- Lead recruitment efforts through platforms such as Workable for managerial and professional positions.
- Manage employee relations, performance management, compensation, and benefits administration.
- Ensure compliance with U.S. federal, state, and local labor regulations.
- Advise senior management on workforce planning, organizational development, and talent strategy.
- Coordinate HR reporting and alignment with the parent company.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in human resources management.
- Demonstrated knowledge of U.S. labor and employment laws.
- Experience managing HR functions independently for a growing organization.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with multinational companies is preferred.
