The role
To lead, coach, and manage the sales team to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets by improving agent productivity, strengthening sales execution, and maximizing conversion across the property pipeline.
What you will be doing
Lead, manage, and coach the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targetsMonitor sales goals, KPIs, and performance expectations for Sales AgentsConduct regular sales meetings, pipeline reviews, and one-on-one coaching sessionsIdentify performance gaps and implement corrective actions or training plansMonitor daily sales activities, pipelines, and deal progressionEnsure smooth execution of the full sales cycle from lead qualification to closingSupport agents in negotiations and deal closures, especially for high-value transactionsSupport complex client cases and key accounts when requiredEnsure professional handling of buyers, investors, and stakeholdersMaintain high standards of customer experience and service deliveryEnsure accurate and timely CRM updates and sales documentationProvide market insights and feedback to management to support business decisionsRecommend improvements to sales processes, scripts, and qualification frameworksStay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior

What we expect from you
Proven experience as a Sales Manager professionalProven experience in real estate, investment sales or high ticket salesStrong communication skills in English, additional languages are a plusDiscipline, consistency and hunger to perform at a high levelProfessional attitude, accountability and strong follow up habitsWillingness to learn, improve and operate within a structured system
