Sales Manager (Online Education, Remote)

Abakus School specializes in online teaching of Abakus mental math for children aged 5 to 12.

We are growing fast and expanding our sales team. We are looking for a Sales Manager who understands the sales process, knows how to guide clients through each stage, and can confidently motivate parents to enroll their children in our courses.

You will be working with a high-quality educational product, a strong team, and warm, interested leads only.

• Communicate with clients via phone (incoming and outgoing calls) and WhatsApp to sell additional educational products;

• Guide clients from the initial inquiry to a successful trial (demo) lesson;

• Identify client needs, handle objections, and work with requests and preferences;

• Manage deals and client data in AmoCRM according to internal regulations;

• Schedule trial lessons and convert trial students into paid clients;

• Participate in team meetings, trainings, and coaching sessions.

Requirements

• Polish – C1 / Native level;

• English – B2–C1;

• Minimum 6 months of experience in phone sales;

• Clear, confident spoken and written communication skills;

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of leads;

• Strong understanding and practical use of sales stages;

• Confident user of Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
