Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets
- Drive new business acquisition across industrial, commercial, and corporate segments
- Build, manage, and strengthen long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure high customer satisfaction
- Identify market trends, competitive activity, and growth opportunities through regular market research
- Lead, mentor, and support the sales team to consistently meet and exceed performance goals
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, quotations, and negotiations with clients
- Collaborate closely with internal teams including technical, operations, and accounts to ensure smooth project execution
- Monitor sales KPIs, pipeline health, and revenue forecasts; prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
- Represent the organization at client meetings, industry events, exhibitions, and seminars
