Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets
  • Drive new business acquisition across industrial, commercial, and corporate segments
  • Build, manage, and strengthen long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Identify market trends, competitive activity, and growth opportunities through regular market research
  • Lead, mentor, and support the sales team to consistently meet and exceed performance goals
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, quotations, and negotiations with clients
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams including technical, operations, and accounts to ensure smooth project execution
  • Monitor sales KPIs, pipeline health, and revenue forecasts; prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
  • Represent the organization at client meetings, industry events, exhibitions, and seminars
