We are seeking a results-driven and proactive Sales Officer to join our growing team. The Sales Officer will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets. This role requires a strong understanding of the sales process, excellent communication skills, and the ability to convert leads into long-term customers. The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of hands-on sales experience and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets in a competitive environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, generate, and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Present, promote, and sell company products or services to prospective clients using effective sales pitches and presentations.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions that align with their business or personal requirements.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close sales deals while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as defined by the organization.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using CRM tools.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and improve sales strategies.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing, operations, and customer support to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for clients.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management review.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong sales orientation with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Good understanding of the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Basic proficiency in CRM systems, MS Excel, and other sales reporting tools.
- Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
Experience & Qualifications
- 2–5 years of relevant sales experience in a field sales, inside sales, or business development role.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in B2B or B2C sales environments will be an added advantage.
