The Sales Operations Assistant plays a critical behind-the-scenes role in supporting the sales pipeline. This position acts as a “quarterback” between appointment setters and sales representatives, ensuring information accuracy, smooth handoffs, and correct quote calculations. The role requires strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and the confidence to flag errors or inconsistencies before deals move forward.
This is not a customer service or sales role. The focus is on internal coordination, data accuracy, and operational support.
Job Responsibilities
- Review and organize information submitted by appointment setters
- Relay complete and accurate details to sales representatives in a timely manner
- Calculate service quotes using a simple pricing model provided by the company
- Double-check data, numbers, and inputs for accuracy before quotes are issued
- Identify missing information, discrepancies, or errors and proactively flag them
- Support the overall sales process by improving clarity, speed, and reliability of internal handoffs
- Maintain clear documentation and internal records related to quotes and sales support
- Collaborate closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth workflows
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and high accuracy with numbers and data
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable identifying and pointing out mistakes or inconsistencies
- Experience in sales support, sales operations, sales admin, or revenue operations is a strong advantage
- Able to work independently and manage tasks without constant supervision
- Strong written communication skills for internal coordination
- Comfortable working EST hours and flexible schedules

This role requires non-standard hours and flexibility:
- Sunday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 or 8:00 PM (required)
- Monday – Thursday: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM
- Some earlier coverage may be needed
- Friday: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM (optional and for discussion)
