We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Operations Associate to join our global Sales team. This role is pivotal in driving operational efficiency, maintaining data integrity, and supporting the execution of strategic sales initiatives. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to ensure streamlined processes, accurate reporting, and successful collaboration across departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day operational support to the global Sales team, ensuring the smooth execution of sales processes forecasting, workflows.
- Salesforce administration including customization, reports and dashboard generation, automations.
- Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for internal Salesforce across the organization.
- Manage user accounts and accessibility levels within Salesforce.
- Collaborate with the Sales Controller and Sales Operations Manager to ensure data quality and process improvements within Salesforce.
- Assist with lead management, including lead-to-conversion workflows and large-scale data updates following events and campaigns.
- Coordinate follow-up communications for event invitations and support alignment between Sales and Marketing teams.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of Salesforce administration.
- 5-7 years of experience in Sales Operations or Finance, preferably within the Tech industry.
- Advanced Excel skills with the ability to analyze and manipulate complex datasets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent organizational skills and time management capabilities.
- Fluent in both English and Greek (written and spoken).
- A team player with a positive, proactive attitude and a structured, detail-oriented work style.
- Self-motivated and able to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, global environment.
