- <point>From lead to close, design and standardize a world-class sales process, creating the "Rules of Engagement" that allow us to scale seamlessly across new markets.</point>
- <point>Constantly hunting down bottlenecks in the sales cycle to ensure our teams are leaner, faster, and more effective.</point>
- <point>Building the ultimate toolkit, developing high-impact sales playbooks and pitch frameworks that help our teams win across every customer segment.</point>
- <point>Lead the charge in training, leveling up our local teams in everything from complex negotiations to master-level tool usage.</point>

- <point>You are an expert at designing end-to-end workflows and have a knack for making complicated systems feel simple and scalable.</point>
- <point>You are a power user of Salesforce (or similar ecosystems) and feel right at home navigating BI tools to pull insights from multiple data sources.</point>
- <point>You are a pro at stakeholder management, capable of gaining buy-in from senior sales leaders and working cross-functionally to get things done.</point>
- <point>You bring a high-ownership attitude and thrive in high-growth environments. If you’re familiar with AI tools to boost efficiency, that’s a massive plus!</point>
