As a Sales Operations Specialist (RevOps-focused, with primary emphasis on Sales Ops) at Tenchi, you will play a strategic role in enabling the Sales team to scale efficiently and operate with high data quality, predictability, and performance.
You will be responsible for structuring, managing, and evolving sales processes, metrics, and systems - ensuring that CRM data is reliable, actionable, and aligned with business goals. This role requires a highly analytical, proactive professional who brings ideas, challenges the status quo, and partners closely with Sales leadership and cross-functional teams.
