The Comp Structure
Base Pay: $20.00 / hour.
On-Target Earnings (OTE): Average earners see $36.00 / hour, while our top performers significantly exceed this through uncapped commissions and performance bonuses.
Frequency: Semi-monthly base pay + Instant Commission.

What You’ll Do
Execute Activations: Own your space at high-traffic kiosks and retail partners.
High-Volume Prospecting: Proactively engage customers, handle objections with ease, and guide them through our seamless digital sign-up.
Represent the Brand: Bring high-energy, professional vibes to every interaction, ensuring Neo is the most talked-about brand in the room.
