The Sales Representative LATAM (Colombia) is a developmental role designed to support the commercial
management of key accounts in the country, with a strong focus on Mercado Libre and CBT channel clients (such
as Falabella and Pepe Ganga). The position provides an opportunity to build skills in sales, marketing, and trade
marketing, working closely with the Key Account Manager (KAM) and the Sales Manager. The role will be
primarily operational, ensuring the correct execution of promotions, marketing initiatives, and customer
engagement, while learning and growing within Mattel's commercial team.
 

What You’ll Do

• Support the management of key accounts in Colombia (Mercado Libre, Falabella, Pepe Ganga, among others)
by executing commercial and promotional plans.
• Assist in achieving monthly sales targets, providing timely reporting and follow-up on results.
• Create and share purchase suggestions for clients based on sales analysis, product availability, and promotional opportunities.
• Coordinate with the Trade Marketing team to implement activities in stores and ensure proper brand visibility.
• Follow up on the execution of promotions, marketing campaigns, and activations agreed with clients.
• Monitor sales performance in e-commerce platforms (especially Mercado Libre) and propose improvement
actions.
• Provide operational support for the commercial area, including reporting, order follow-up, and administrative
tasks.
• Maintain constant communication with clients to address operational requirements and provide timely followup.
• Assist in negotiation processes and budget management, always ensuring prior alignment with the KAM and
Sales Manager.

Qualifications

Who We’re Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or related fields.
• 2 years of experience in commercial, sales, or marketing roles, ideally within consumer goods, retail, or ecommerce.
• Basic understanding of commercial strategies and marketing activities.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (especially Mercado Libre).
• Knowledge of trade marketing, promotions, and point-of-sale management.
• Intermediate-Advanced English
• Analytical skills for sales and market data interpretation.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Customer-oriented with a results-driven mindset.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactivity, adaptability, and eagerness to learn.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
