Our client is a custom home builder based in the greater Harrisburg area known for their high quality of work and attention to detail. They are seeking a Salesperson responsible for selling remodel projects within the local market. The ideal candidate will have foundational sales skills and knowledge of residential construction.
Key Responsibilities
Cultivate sales leads via phone, email, website, open houses, realtors, trade shows, and other marketing events.Schedule home site visits with prospects.Explain the sales remodel process to prospects.Follow established construction standards and best practices for consistencyDesign remodel with clients using provided tools and technology Present and review pricing, specifications, and contracts with clientsPromote and connect clients with outside designers for interior and exterior selections as needed Work with draftsman for plan updates and present revised plans to clients through the design process.Review and help clients make selectionsObtain Design Agreements and Contracts, collect checks and provide to adminAttend Pre-Construction meetings for all remodels to share about the client and any specific requests the team should be aware of.Review Builder Trend project setup for accuracyObtain allowance pricing from approved vendors for final customer pricing
Qualifications
2+ years of sales experience, preferably in construction or a related marketBachelor's degree in business administration or related field (preferred, not required)Experience with CRM programs, Builder Trend preferredPrevious experience with residential construction
