The Sales Support Manager role is responsible for coordinating and managing the administration of the T5 Operations sales process. The role supports sales leadership with a success-based bonus structure, aligned directly with the sales team’s performance. Applicants should be goal-minded, with an interest in learning and contributing to a strategic team-selling model, including coordinating with technical, operations, construction, finance, management, proposal and other sales team members. Accountability, understanding requirements, meeting client driven timelines and maintaining the T5 customer standards are central to the role.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Providing support for sales leadership, including process management and client facing supportActing as a liaison and project manager for sales leadership Understanding customer requirements and expectations for presentations and deliverablesUpdating deliverables on a per client basis in areas such as staffing models, pricing tables, presentations and solution componentsTracking follow through on action items, both internally and client facingDriving preparation for client meetings, including logistics and client researchProviding overall support for client interactions and deliverables
