Are you passionate about automotive technology? Do you enjoy helping others or solving problems? We're looking for Juniors or Green Talents to join our team of Sales/Admin specialist team to supporting dealer networks, retailers.
- Update the ongoing of Marketing Campaigns based on Commercial Information communicated by the L&M Business Manager
- Collect necessary information from the sales network
- Direct cooperation with the financing company to determine the scope of necessary data to secure the proceedings
- Enter and update data in the Tender Tool application
- Collect information from the sales network, District Sales Managers, and other departments, consolidation, and
- Handle the incoming and outgoing invoices for the Light&Medium department
- Handle the Product Cost Tool application (obtaining standard cost SFC, cooperation with Key Account Manager and District Sales Manager in creating DS)
- Administration of the Demo and Stock vehicle fleet for the Light&Medium department

Working Pattern:

Qualifications
- Native Polish is needed,
- Fluency in English is compulsory.
- 1-3 year' experience in Finance, Economic, Sales Support area. We are looking for Green Talents as well.
- Interest or experience in the automotive industry is a PLUS.
- University degree: economic/finance would be nice.
- BI experience is also a PLUS.
- MS Office: advanced Excel, Word,
- Strong communication, organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and pride yourself on being punctual/ reliable.
- Experience working in automotive after sales processes would be an advantage, particularly if you have worked at an automotive Retailer or Dealer.
