This role is ideal for a highly experienced and certified Salesforce Administrator who thrives in a hands-on, technical environment. You will own the day-to-day administration, configuration, and ongoing optimization of a complex Salesforce ecosystem, ensuring it remains secure, scalable, and aligned with evolving business needs. The position blends deep platform expertise with operational support, stakeholder collaboration, and problem-solving, making you a critical enabler of business efficiency and data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Salesforce users, roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules to maintain a strong security and data visibility model
  • Conduct regular security audits and ensure compliance with data privacy and governance standards
  • Configure and maintain custom objects, fields, validation rules, page layouts, Lightning apps, and home pages
  • Build and manage declarative automation using Flow and Process Builder
  • Administer AppExchange applications and evaluate enhancements to extend platform functionality
  • Perform ongoing data maintenance including data cleansing, deduplication, imports, exports, and mass updates
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, backup, and recovery processes in collaboration with architecture teams
  • Design and maintain advanced reports and dashboards to deliver actionable insights and KPIs to stakeholders
  • Act as the primary point of contact for Salesforce-related technical issues, troubleshooting errors and user concerns
  • Manage support queues, prioritize incidents, and coordinate escalations when required
  • Deliver functional and technical training to users and support adoption across teams
  • Stay current with Salesforce releases, testing new features in sandbox environments and supporting production deployments
  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and support integrations with external systems
  • Support API integrations and resolve system connectivity or performance issues
  • (Nice to have) Administer Salesforce AI capabilities, support generative AI use cases, assist with prompt design, and uphold ethical AI governance standards

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Salesforce Certified Administrator with extensive hands-on experience managing enterprise-scale Salesforce environments
  • 10+ years of experience in a technical Salesforce administration or system consulting role
  • Strong command of Salesforce data models, security architecture, and declarative development tools
  • Proven expertise in building and maintaining complex Flows and automation logic
  • Experience with Salesforce deployments, release management, and change control processes
  • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams
  • Exposure to integrations, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, contracts, subscriptions, or entitlements is highly valued
  • Basic knowledge of Apex or triggers is a plus
  • Background in regulated or complex domains such as Banking or Financial Services is an advantage
  • Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with Salesforce innovations, including AI capabilities
