Salesforce Developer

Envision Employment Solutions is currently hiring a Salesforce Developer on behalf of one of our partners, a leader in the retail Motor Vehicles field.

About the Role:

As Salesforce Developer you will work with various stakeholders to define system requirements, build, maintain, and customize Salesforce applications through using Salesforce Declarative and development tools to create custom solutions for the business. You will be part of a multicultural and dynamic team that takes pride and ownership of our work and encourages positive disruption!    

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Salesforce applications to meet business requirements.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce applications.
• Maintain Salesforce database
• Integrate Salesforce applications with other systems.
• Provide technical support to users of Salesforce applications.
• Stay up-to-date on Salesforce platform changes and best practices.
• Develop and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards when needed.
• Ensuring optimal performance of Salesforce systems, products, certificates and integrations.
• Designing Salesforce hierarchy, roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, public groups and permission sets
• Perform Data Migration Tasks when needed
  

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is preferred
• Proven work experience as a Salesforce Developer, Administrator or similar role
• Exceptional ability to create and maintain Salesforce databases
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Platform, products, and development best practices.
• Experience with Apex Code, Visualforce, Salesforce Declarative Tools, and LWCs.
• Experience with Salesforce API and integrations.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with version control tools such as Git is a plus.
• Salesforce certifications such as “Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II” are a plus.
