Currently, we are hiring a Salesforce Integration Senior Consultant for one of our partner organizations in KSA, offering the opportunity to contribute to exciting projects within a dynamic and forward-thinking environment.

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Integration Consultant to design, develop, and manage integrations between Salesforce and external systems. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience with Salesforce platforms, integration patterns, APIs, and middleware solutions, and will play a key role in delivering scalable, secure, and high-performing enterprise integrations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement end-to-end integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems (ERP, CRM, marketing platforms, payment gateways, etc.).
  • Lead integration architecture decisions, including real-time, batch, and event-driven integrations.
  • Develop and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Streaming APIs, and Salesforce Connect.
  • Utilize middleware and integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica, or similar).
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Ensure data consistency, security, and performance across integrated systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.
  • Review code and integration designs to ensure best practices and Salesforce standards are followed.
  • Support deployments, testing (unit, integration, UAT), and post-go-live activities.
  • Mentor junior consultants and provide technical guidance when needed.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and integration specifications.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience working with Salesforce, with a strong focus on integrations.
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and governor limits.
  • Hands-on experience with:
    • REST & SOAP APIs
    • OAuth and authentication mechanisms
    • Salesforce Platform Events & Webhooks
  • Experience with at least one integration/middleware platform (preferably MuleSoft).
  • Strong knowledge of Apex, SOQL, and asynchronous processing (Batch, Queueable, Future).
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with cloud and on-premise systems.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD, version control (Git), and DevOps practices.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, agile environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Integration Architecture Designer, Platform Developer I/II).
  • Experience with large-scale or enterprise Salesforce implementations.
  • Knowledge of data migration tools and ETL processes.
  • Exposure to microservices architecture and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
