SUMMARY
As a Salesforce Admin at SQUIRE, you’ll work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to design scalable solutions, maintain clean and trustworthy data, and unlock reporting insights that help our revenue teams operate at peak performance. This role offers a clear growth path from hands-on administration into more strategic GTM systems support and architecture as the business scales.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Administer and configure Salesforce, including user management, permissions, roles, profiles, and sharing rulesRun triage and resolution on level 1 tickets (broken flows / automations, reports, record correction, etc)Contribute to / build and maintain custom objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, and automations (Flows preferred)Partner with Sales, Onboarding, Customer Success, Marketing, and Support stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutionsCreate and maintain reports and dashboards that deliver actionable insights across multiple teamsEnsure data accuracy and integrity through audits, deduplication, governance best practices, and technical debt cleanupInvestigate data issues end-to-end, identifying where data changes originate, why they occurred, and which system caused themPerform full-funnel QA testing across systems (e.g., landing page form → Zap → campaign association → triggered messaging)Support and maintain integrations between Salesforce and GTM tools, including Planhat, Customer.io, SalesLoft, Gong, Highspot, and OnrampHelp consolidate, simplify, and eliminate redundant or outdated Salesforce configurations and technical debtTest, document, and roll out new Salesforce features, ensuring strong adoption across the organizationWork across a variety of systems and tools, adapting quickly as our GTM stack evolvesCollaborate in a remote-first environment using Asana for project and work managementStay curious and engaged with emerging tools, including AI-powered solutions, to improve efficiency and scale GTM operations
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
2–4 years of Salesforce administration experience in a high-growth, multi-department environmentSalesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) requiredStrong understanding of Salesforce data models, security, and automation (Flows preferred)Demonstrated experience building reports and dashboards in Salesforce (Tableau experience is a plus)Experience working across multiple GTM systems; deep experience with at least two of the following: Salesforce, Planhat, Onramp, Gong, SalesLoft, Customer.ioStrong data investigation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to trace issues across systemsExperience supporting or QA’ing integrations and data flows across the revenue funnelComfortable operating in a SaaS / marketplace startup environment with evolving processes and data modelsAbility to partner effectively with stakeholders, gather requirements, and deliver thoughtful solutionsCoding or programming experience is a plus (but not required)Bonus: Additional Salesforce certifications (Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder)English proficiency is a must. It's important you can communicate your ideas clearly as you will be interacting with English-speaking coworkersMust be based in Buenos Aires
