SAP Functional Analyst
Angelicoussis Group, one of the world’s leading ship management organizations is looking for an experienced and motivated SAP Functional Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP functional solutions.
Design, customize, configure, and test SAP modules (e.g., MM, EWM, FI, SD), following defined solution designs.
Participate in SAP S/4HANA implementation and support projects across the full delivery lifecycle (analysis, design, build, test, deploy, support).
Support functional testing activities including unit testing, system testing, integration testing, and UAT.
Document functional designs, configuration, test cases, and results.
Identify gaps, issues, and workaround solutions, and propose process or system improvements.
Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams (ABAP, Basis, Integration).
Support integrations between SAP modules and external systems in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Provide go-live and post–go-live (hypercare) support.
Deliver user training, documentation, and ad-hoc functional support as required.
Monitor assigned tasks and project activities, escalating risks or issues when necessary.
Candidate must have
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field (Master’s/SAP certifications a plus) with proficiency in Greek & English.
5+ years in SAP functional consulting, including full-cycle implementations and support projects.
Strong functional knowledge in at least one SAP module, with exposure to additional modules such as MM, EWM, FI, or SD.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA environments.
Good understanding of integration points between SAP modules.
Familiarity with SAP testing methodologies and documentation standards.
Ability to understand end-to-end business processes from a customer perspective.
Proactive and autonomous with strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
Team-oriented and collaborative, able to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Quick to diagnose issues, propose solutions, and dive into technical details when required.
Resilient under pressure and able to manage stress effectively.
Good time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
