Key Responsibilities:
• Ensuring primary delivery responsibility for all issues or any change request for one or more HRIT solutions assigned
• Ensure daily monitoring of quality KPIs to avoid any slippage or SLA breaches
• Provide expert technical solution for any requirement or issue
• Ensure updated documentation for primary solutions
• Mentor back-ups / freshers in primary support module
• Learn 1 or more HRIT solutions and act as back-up whenever required
• Provide standby or back-up support whenever required
• Should be ok to work in CE shift timings whenever required
Required Functional Skills:
•Atleast 7 years implementation / AMS experience in SAP HCM Functional modules like SAP PA, OM, Time Management
• Should have expert experience in any one of the modules of Portal, HR Authorization, SAP ILM and Travel Management
•HR ABAP coding or debugging skill is a plus
•Previous experience using JIRA / Confluence tool is a plus
Qualifications:
•Any Graduation or higher in computer, Information Technology, or any IT degree
•B.Sc(IT), MCA, B.Tech, B.Sc(Com)
•Good communication skills to communicate with customers, team members
•Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
