We are looking for an experienced professional to lead the modernization and global deployment of HR systems within an international organization. This role focuses on shaping and evolving the global HR digital architecture, ensuring scalable, compliant, and user-centric solutions across multiple markets.
Rate: up to €40/h
Engagement: Full-time contract with strong potential for long-term extension
Requirements
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors and payroll integrations.
- Experience with system integrations involving APIs, middleware, SFTP, and data transformation layers.
- Experience with global deployment of HR and payroll solutions.
- Experience leading HR digital transformation initiatives and system implementations.
Responsibilities
- Define the global HR digital architecture (in collaboration with M42), ensuring scalability, compliance, and data integrity across markets.
- Continuously evaluate existing HR system modules and functionalities, identifying opportunities to modernize, enhance, simplify, or replace solutions.
- Drive automation, process simplification, and digital enablement across the HR lifecycle while maintaining a strong end-user focus.
- Monitor vendor roadmaps, emerging HR technologies, and system innovations.
- Lead the end-to-end global deployment of HR and payroll solutions across markets.
- Design and oversee integrations between payroll, HRIS, SSS, and third-party platforms in cooperation with global IT.
- Manage integration architectures including APIs, middleware, SFTP, and data transformation layers.
- Ensure data integrity, compliance, and security across integrations and deployments.
- Lead payroll integrations connected to SAP SuccessFactors across multiple regulatory environments.
- Oversee payroll data mapping and validation processes during system implementations.
- Ensure compliance with country-specific payroll, tax, and statutory reporting requirements.
- Lead global HR digital transformation projects from planning through go-live and stabilization, managing risks, dependencies, and facilitating solution design workshops.
