Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP RTR (Record-to-Report) Lead to join a large-scale, complex S/4HANA transformation program. The role involves leading RTR workstreams across multiple countries within a highly regulated industry environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the RTR (Record-to-Report) workstream within a global S/4HANA transformation program
- Manage end-to-end delivery of SAP FI/CO solutions
- Ensure alignment and integration across SAP modules and business functions
- Drive governance, compliance, and best practices in a regulated environment
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives
- Oversee delivery using structured methodologies (e.g., SAP Activate, Agile, SI frameworks)
- Coordinate cross-country teams and ensure consistent solution design and implementation
Requirements
- 20+ years of experience in Finance and SAP FI/CO
- Proven end-to-end S/4HANA implementation experience
- Strong track record in leading RTR workstreams in large, multi-country programs
- Deep understanding of financial processes and system integration
- Experience working in highly regulated industries
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills at executive level
- Familiarity with SAP Activate, Agile, and large system integrator delivery models
