About the role
As the SAP Solution Architect – Order to Cash (O2C), you will play a pivotal global role shaping and optimizing the O2C technology landscape across 95+ markets. You’ll work in a greenfield environment where you’ll have real autonomy to design future‑ready SAP S/4HANA solutions, influence global processes, and deliver meaningful transformation.
You will lead the technical and functional roadmap for O2C, act as the SAP expert across SD, LE, FSCM, MM, and TPM, and ensure our solutions are robust, scalable, and aligned with global best practices. This role partners closely with senior business stakeholders, IT leaders, SI partners, and Global Process Owners to build integrated, efficient, and sustainable end‑to‑end O2C processes.

So, what does it take to be successful in this role?
Extensive SAP O2C Mastery:
SAP experience across SD, LE, FSCM, MM, TPM, with strong S/4HANA digital core expertise and deep understanding of allocation, EDI, order management, billing, collections, and credit processes.
End-to-End Solution Architecture Experience:
Demonstrated ability to design, own, and govern SAP O2C solutions—including roadmap creation, technical design oversight, documentation, and alignment with global IT standards.
Strong Business Partnering & Influence:
Ability to challenge requirements, guide stakeholders towards best‑practice solutions, and collaborate effectively with senior global business and IT leaders.
Proven Delivery Leadership:
4+ years of experience delivering SAP enhancements or projects, reviewing specs, managing demand backlogs, working with SI partners, and ensuring high‑quality, stable deployments.
High Ownership, Autonomy & Communication:
A strong sense of accountability, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage complexity while ensuring compliance, cost efficiency, and operational excellence.
