Scheduling Engineer - Oil & Gas Experience (Saudi Arabia)

Eram Talent, a leading talent acquisition company in the Oil & Energy sector, is seeking an experienced Scheduling Engineer with a strong background in project management to join their team in Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing project schedules to ensure the successful implementation of various projects. You will collaborate closely with project managers and stakeholders, applying your project management expertise to enhance schedule performance and deliverables.

If selected, the work location would be onsite at Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project
• Collaborate with project managers to establish project timelines and milestones
• Monitor project progress and proactively identify potential delays or risks
• Analyze schedule data to provide insights and recommendations for project improvement
• Prepare and present regular reports on schedule status to stakeholders
• Facilitate project meetings to discuss schedule alignment and updates
• Implement best practices in project scheduling and management methodologies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in project scheduling, with proven project management experience
• Proficiency in scheduling software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project
• Strong understanding of project management principles and practices
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
