YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop deep expertise in on-demand deliveryManage multiple vendors with large operations teams across multiple locationsMonitor daily customer operations, respond to questions, and solve problems rapidlyBuild and manage high-performing operations teams through close KPI monitoringKeep up with industry developments, develop best practices, and implement them directlyConduct regular site visits to understand operational needs
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Minimum 5 years of experience in customer support operationsUniversity degree, preferably in Engineering, Economics, or ManagementCustomer-centric and KPI-driven mindsetAbility to generate and analyze data to improve speed, quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the customer support teamExperience working in dynamic environments with a data-driven approachStrong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders and vendors
